This Privacy Policy explains how SlotNote handles information when you use the SlotNote application on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. SlotNote is developed and published by Mustafa Can Erdem under the Cobalative name (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
In brief: SlotNote does not require an account, does not display advertising, does not track users, and does not sell personal data. Appointment, client, note, payment-status, and scheduling information is stored on your device and, when iCloud synchronization is enabled, in your private iCloud database.
2. Information you enter into SlotNote
You may enter information such as client names and contact details, appointments, session notes, payment status, working hours, reminders, and related professional records. This information is provided by you for your own use within the app.
We do not receive or maintain a separate developer-operated copy of this content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and any required consent to enter information relating to other individuals.
3. Local storage and iCloud synchronization
SlotNote stores app data locally on your device. If iCloud synchronization is enabled and available, data may also be stored in your private iCloud/CloudKit database so that it can synchronize across your Apple devices.
iCloud services are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices. By default, a user’s private CloudKit database is accessible to that user through authorized devices and applications.
4. Notifications
SlotNote may request permission to send appointment reminders and other relevant notifications. Notification scheduling and delivery are handled through Apple’s operating-system services. Depending on your settings, notification previews may appear on your lock screen or connected devices. You can change notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Subscription purchases, free trials, renewals, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide the app with limited transaction and entitlement information needed to determine whether subscription features are available.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
- SlotNote does not include third-party advertising.
- SlotNote does not use cross-app or cross-website tracking.
- SlotNote does not sell personal information.
- SlotNote does not use third-party analytics or behavioral profiling services.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store, TestFlight, crash, and performance information under Apple’s own privacy practices. Such information is not used by us to identify the content of your client records, appointments, or notes.
7. Support communications
If you contact us voluntarily by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, protect the app from abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive client or session information in support messages.
8. Data retention and deletion
App content remains under your control. You may edit or delete records using the app’s controls. Where iCloud synchronization is enabled, deletions may synchronize across your devices. You may also use the app’s “Delete All Data” function, where available, to remove app data.
Uninstalling the app may remove local data from that device, but data already synchronized to iCloud may remain in your iCloud account until deleted through the app or Apple’s applicable iCloud data-management options. Support emails may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.
9. Security
We use Apple platform security features and design SlotNote to minimize unnecessary data collection. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely risk-free. You should protect your device, Apple Account, passcode, biometric access, and backups.
10. Children
SlotNote is a professional scheduling and client-management tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a developer-operated account or service.
11. International use and legal rights
Your device and iCloud data may be processed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or complaint to a supervisory authority. Because we do not operate a user account database containing your in-app records, most access and deletion actions are performed directly within the app or through your Apple/iCloud settings.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SlotNote’s features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

3. Stockage local et synchronisation iCloud
SlotNote stocke les données localement sur votre appareil. Lorsque la synchronisation iCloud est activée et disponible, les données peuvent aussi être stockées dans votre base privée iCloud/CloudKit afin d’être synchronisées entre vos appareils Apple.
Les services iCloud sont fournis par Apple et régis par les conditions et pratiques de confidentialité d’Apple. Par défaut, la base CloudKit privée d’un utilisateur est accessible à cet utilisateur au moyen d’appareils et d’applications autorisés.
4. Notifications

La désinstallation peut supprimer les données locales de l’appareil, mais les données déjà synchronisées avec iCloud peuvent rester dans votre compte iCloud jusqu’à leur suppression depuis l’application ou via les options de gestion iCloud proposées par Apple. Les e-mails d’assistance ne sont conservés que pendant la durée raisonnablement nécessaire au traitement, aux obligations comptables, à la résolution de litiges ou au respect de la loi.
9. Sécurité
Nous utilisons les fonctions de sécurité de la plateforme Apple et concevons SlotNote afin de limiter la collecte inutile.
